There are no territories with Kleeneze, you can place your catalogues (i.e. your shop window) wherever you choose.

You will probably overlap with other distributors at some point, but this is the norm and it is certainly something which should not worry you. Each distributor should aim to build a "customer base", so established distributors will probably only be giving catalogues to one or two households per street. Even if they are still dropping to the whole street, their "shop window"(i.e. the time their catalogues are with the customer) is only a couple of days per month. There is plenty of room for other distributors, and some areas never ever get a catalogue delivered.
