In addition to the excellent pay plan that Kleeneze have made available to distributors, there are also a number of other "incentives" to help you set your goals, and move up the pay plan and enjoy life.
 | Each year Kleeneze host a number of Conferences, these are events where distributors can go to meet team members, other distributors, team leaders and Kleeneze staff and directors. There are 3 National events held at the Birmingham National Indoor arena. This event is available to ALL distributors. |
Kleeneze also host one European and one International Conference each year. These two events are by invitation to distributors that achieve the qualification criteria (based on business growth) defined for each event. These events are FREE (ALL Expenses Paid) Trips for the qualifying distributors. |

Cars
As distributors move up the payplan, there are a number of levels that once achieved (and held for a couple of periods) result in the award of a FREE Car given to the Distributor by Kleeneze.
In previous years cars awarded have been, Mini Coopers, BMW 3 Series, BMW 5 Series and Porsche Boxster.

| Mini Cooper - Every quarter Kleeneze award a Mini to the distributorship who races furthest up the Sales Plan. | Jaguar X Type - Worth approximately £25,000, this is presented at Gold Senior Executive Distributor level. |

| Jaguar S Type - Worth approximately £30,000, this is presented at Gold Premier Distributor level. | Jaguar XK - Worth approximately £50,000, this is presented at Principal Distributor level. |

Trophies
If a bit of healthy competition gets you motivated, then there are a number of Trophies to aim for. Winners are announced and presented with the Trophies at the National Conferences. Trophy winners are invited to attend the European and International Conferences (see above).
